There's quite literally two problems with running the game on Linux, the "new" launcher (because Square insists on using Internet Explorer for no reason, instead of CEF like everyone else does), and some of the old WMV-encoded cutscene videos from ARR not playing back (the intro, the airship cutscene, and one in FCoB).
